Terms of Service
Effective from the date of publication on the site.
1. General
These Terms govern the use of the BidBIDDERS Academy service and the purchase of access to the paid online course.
The seller and operator is the entity listed in the “Seller details” section above. Contact — the email and phone in the seller details and on the Contact page.
2. Subject of the service
The service provides access to digital content — the BidBIDDERS Academy online course (15 lessons plus materials: checklists, templates, calculator) in the chosen package: Basic, Pro or Partner.
The course is educational and does not replace individual legal, tax or technical advice. Buying a car at auction always carries risk.
3. Placing an order
An order is placed by selecting a package and completing the purchase form. Placing an order requires acceptance of these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
The contract is concluded upon payment confirmation.
4. Prices and payment
Package prices are in Polish złoty (PLN). The seller is an active VAT payer; the rate is 23%. Current gross prices (incl. VAT): Basic 984 zł, Pro 2091 zł, Partner 3321 zł. The net + VAT breakdown is visible on the packages page and in the order summary.
Online payments are handled by Przelewy24 — operator PayPro S.A. (ul. Pastelowa 8, 60-198 Poznań). The seller does not store payment card data.
5. Digital content delivery time
Access to the digital content (BidBIDDERS Academy video course and the client cabinet) is granted electronically immediately after the payment is booked — usually within a few minutes, no later than 24 hours from the moment the payment is confirmed by Przelewy24.
Access is delivered to the email provided in the order (a login link to the client cabinet). Digital content delivery — 0 zł.
If access is not activated within 24 hours of payment, the Customer should contact the Seller at the email listed in the company details. A device with internet access and a modern browser is sufficient.
6. Right of withdrawal
A consumer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason.
For digital content supplied before that period ends, starting performance with the consumer's express consent and after informing them of the loss of the right results in the loss of the right of withdrawal (Art. 38 of the Consumer Rights Act).
7. Complaints
Complaints can be sent to the seller's email and should include the buyer's details and a description of the issue.
Complaints are handled within 14 days.
8. Personal data
Personal data processing is described in the Privacy Policy available on the site.
10. Payment operator
Online payments are processed by Przelewy24. Operator: PayPro SA Agent Rozliczeniowy, ul. Pastelowa 8, 60-198 Poznań, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by Sąd Rejonowy Poznań — Nowe Miasto i Wilda w Poznaniu, VIII Commercial Division of the National Court Register under number KRS 0000347935, NIP 7792369887, REGON 301345068.
Available payment methods: BLIK, online transfers, payment cards (Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay, Google Pay and other methods available in the Przelewy24 system. The seller does not store payment card data.
The service is provided electronically; access to content is granted immediately after payment confirmation. Digital content delivery — 0 zł.
11. Withdrawal statement template
Where applicable, the consumer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason. For digital content, starting performance with the consumer's express consent results in the loss of the right of withdrawal (see section 6).
Sample statement (can be sent to the seller's email listed in the registration data):
"I, [name and surname], residing at [address], hereby declare that I withdraw from the contract for the provision of access to the BidBIDDERS Academy course concluded on [date]. Please refund the payment to the account/method used at purchase. Signature: [signature] · Date: [date]"
9. Final provisions
Matters not covered by these Terms are governed by Polish law. The seller may amend the Terms for valid reasons; orders placed before a change are governed by the version in force at the time of purchase.
